Dinsmore & Shohl LLP . Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for a Patent Litigation Associate in multiple locations nationwide. This position would be in our IP Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group.
Locations: Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Lexington, KY; Louisville, KY; Detroit, MI; Tampa, FL; Orlando, FL; or Pittsburgh, PA.
Responsibilities
Work on patent litigation matters, including preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, handling complex discovery and ESI, and preparing cases for trial.
Qualifications
Minimum of four years of patent litigation experience and/or significant PTAB experience, including experience preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, handling complex discovery and ESI, and preparing cases for trial; technical background and USPTO patent bar registration are preferred.
License to practice in Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Florida or Pennsylvania, as applicable, and strong academic credentials with excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Desire to work in a collegial atmosphere with emphasis on training, significant client contact, and a wide range of work handling complex patent litigation matters for regional and national clients of all sizes.

Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary, benefits, and up to $40,000+ in bonus potential.
