We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Sales Strategy Consultant to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for someone who excels at identifying growth opportunities, designing actionable plans, and driving performance improvements across sales organizations. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to evaluate existing sales models and propose strategic enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze client sales operations, performance data, and customer trends to identify areas for strategic improvement. Develop actionable sales strategies and implementation plans aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support execution of growth initiatives. Monitor KPIs and provide ongoing recommendations to optimize sales productivity. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic direction. Prepare presentations and deliver insights to client stakeholders and internal leadership.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in sales consulting, business strategy, or a related role. Proven ability to assess sales processes and deliver strategic recommendations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
