The Assistant Manager assists with tasks involved in the overall operation of a store to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Compensation

Hourly rate ranges from $19.75 to $20.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits

Benefits include: California Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications. Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Contribute to maximizing sales and profitability by establishing guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Qualifications

Minimum age 18; must have a flexible schedule. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
