Responsibilities
Lead daily operations to meet or exceed sales goals and profitability targets, while upholding brand standards and company policies.
Develop and manage restaurant teams, including coaching, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Ensure guest satisfaction through consistent service, quality food, and clean environments.
Apply available systems and processes to maximize profits and optimize operations.
Partner with the District Manager and leadership team to drive performance and compliance.
Qualifications
Minimum two years management experience
High school education
Quick Service Restaurant Experience required
Valid Driver's License
