Thisisasystemsdesignandapplicationrole,notapromptengineeringrole.You’llworkwithinaflexibleorchestrationarchitecturethatalreadysupportsmulti-agentinteraction,memory,andtool, but you'll be responsible for pushing it further, making it robust, modular, and usable across domains. Defineclean,composableinterfacesfortools,workflows,memory,andinteractionpatterns. Workwithproductteamstomapreal-worldusecasesintostructuredagentplansandreusablecapabilities. Implementandimproveagentbehaviors,retries,fallbacks,feedbackintegration,andcontextmanagement. Designlightweightinfrastructureforobservability,logging,traceanalysis,andevaluation. HelpmaturetheframeworkintosomethingotherteamscanusewithminimalAIexpertise. WhatYouBringtotheTable: 5+yearsbackendengineeringexperience(Pythonor.NETpreferred). ExperienceworkingwithLLMAPIs,orchestrationpatterns,andmemory/contextstrategies. Familiaritywithtoolsandtaskrouting,retrylogic,evals,tokenbudgeting,andlatencytradeoffs. Abilitytoworkacrossboundaries—infra,backend,orchestration,andevenproduct. You’veshippedagenticororchestration-basedsystemsinreal-worldproducts. You’recomfortablethinkingintermsofsystems,interfaces,andconstraints,notjustpromptsormodeloutputs. You’vebuiltanddebuggeddistributedsystemsandcanbridgeLLMbehaviorwithconventionalbackendpractices.
