Traveling MEP Manager
- This position is a traveling role supporting projects across the country, including locations such as Texas, Ohio, Maryland, and Virginia. Position Description:
Oversee and direct preconstruction, engineering, and field installation of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Reports to:

Salaried, estimated $170,000 - $250,000 annually, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA, FSA, wellness benefits, legal plans, identity theft protection, life insurance, and disability coverage. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owner’s representatives to align with project goals. Understand and interpret contract documents, plans, specifications, and codes. Lead, supervise, and develop MEP staff, including performance evaluations. Oversee daily activities of MEP engineers, superintendents, and team members. Manage procurement, budgets, quality, safety, engineering, coordination, scheduling, installation, commissioning, and project close-out processes. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of experience in MEP systems design, cost, sequencing, logistics, and installation. LEED accreditation preferred. Strong communication, computer, and leadership skills. Familiarity with project management software is desirable. Physical Demands:
Ability to climb stairs, ladders, negotiate work areas, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical activities related to construction environments. Work Environment:
Exposure to mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, and moderate noise levels. Reasonable accommodations available. Additional:
