Manage profitability through cash control, inventory, labor, and financial review. Recruit, interview, and hire staff. Coach and train team members for operational excellence. Conduct inventory counts bi-weekly. Ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Qualifications
Minimum 1 year as a General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR. Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to close at least two nights weekly. Ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment. About KBP Inspired
