About the Position: Our client, a highly-regarded international law firm, has an active need for an attorney with construction contracts experience (4-6 yrs) to join its Chicago office as an associate. The attorneys in this national practice draft and negotiate all types of construction and design agreements, including architectural and engineering services agreements. Highlights: · Ranked as one of the top firms to work for in the Midwest · Recognized by the American Bar Association for its pro bono work · Recognized on the Client Service A-Team report by BTI Consulting Responsibilities: · Draft and negotiate construction contracts, EPC contracts, alternative delivery documents, supply agreements, purchase of goods contracts, service agreements, engineering agreements, and consulting agreements · Handle a variety of other similar contracts for large-scale projects, including major energy and infrastructure projects Required Qualifications: · 4-6 years of construction-related contract transactional experience · Experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts, EPC contracts, alternative delivery documents, supply agreements, purchase of goods contracts, service agreements, engineering agreements, and consulting agreements · Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $315,000.
