Portland, OR Job Overview: A reputable law firm in Portland, OR is seeking an experienced Business Attorney to join their team. In this role, the attorney will provide strategic legal counsel and support to clients across a variety of business-related issues. The focus will be on ensuring legal compliance while helping clients achieve their business goals. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, skilled in problem-solving, and capable of offering innovative legal solutions in a dynamic environment. Duties: Offer legal advice and guidance on a wide range of business matters, including contracts, mergers, and acquisitions Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies Ensure clients' business operations align with local, state, and federal regulations Represent clients in negotiations, legal proceedings, and mediation Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive legal services Advise clients on business structure, compliance issues, and risk management Requirements: Active license to practice law in the state of Oregon Minimum of 2 years of experience in business law Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Certifications: Skills: In-depth understanding of business law, corporate governance, and compliance regulations Expertise in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents Proficiency in negotiating and resolving legal disputes Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property law is a plus Job Location: Portland, OR Company info BCG Attorney Search 1750 Montgomery St Fl 1 San Francisco California United States 94111 Phone :
