Responsibilities
Handle a variety of defense cases
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
Develop and execute case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
5+ years of experience in defense or related litigation.
Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
Commitment to providing excellent client service.
