Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience in skilled trades.
Ability to travel 50% to customer sites.
Experience with mission-critical electrical & mechanical power distribution systems (generators, switchgear, UPS, PDU, transfer switches like ATS/STS).
At least five years in MEP or electrical power design, construction, or maintenance, with a focus on electrical systems. Hyperscale Data Center experience is preferred.
Understanding of mission-critical electrical power and mechanical systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to foster a positive, collaborative team atmosphere while maintaining confidentiality.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise up to 5 team members, providing feedback and support.
Lead, coach, and develop junior team members, ensuring policy compliance.
Identify and address training needs collaboratively.
