Job Description Overview Preschool Program Manager Required Skills and Education: EEC Lead Infant, Toddler and Preschool Certification is required Open availability between 7AM - 6PM, if needed 2 years of classroom experience Completion of state Infant/Toddler/Preschool Lead Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience managing programs or others Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma (or equivalent) Preschool Program Manager Job Responsibilities: A Preschool Program Manager will accept the philosophy of Cadence Education and will work as part of the teaching team to encourage a positive learning environment for all children within the center. Document and share with parents the important milestones in a child's day, spend time in classrooms to perform assessments on teachers to help them improve their skills. Collaborate with other passionate preschool teachers and leaders to ensure that the curriculum created by our teachers is developmentally appropriate. Lead, mentor, and model behaviors for a team of teachers including trainings, onboarding new employees, and managing classroom supply budgets.
