Shift: Day Shift, 5x8-Hour (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM) Location: South Carolina
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is a day shift position offering a fantastic opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients within a hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation unit.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide individualized therapeutic services to patients with various diagnoses in an outpatient clinical setting. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. - Assess patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary. - Maintain accurate patient documentation using Epic charting system. - Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in a rehabilitation environment.
Requirements: - Current South Carolina or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License prior to the start of the contract. - Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - Ability to float between units when necessary to meet facility needs.
Additional Information: - This position does not require weekend on-call but may require holiday shifts. - The facility allows for a maximum of one shift cancellation every two weeks. - All Requests Time Off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission; no RTO will be accepted after submission. - Candidates must be non-local, residing outside of a 60-mile radius from the facility.
