Senior Business Systems Analyst

Cordoba Corporation, a leading engineering firm in CA, is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA). This position implements solutions related to applications used in functional areas with a strong emphasis on process and flow design, analytics-based reporting, implementing custom functionality as part of solutions, and maintaining Program and Project Management Information systems. Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into technical specifications, process flows, and configuration requirements. Develop detailed workflows and dataflows diagrams and write ups for formal Business Requirements Document (BRD). Perform data and process mapping, technical and business analysis Configure, test Oracle Primavera Unifier modules; prototype solutions Develop, modify, enhance custom business processes, workflows, and reports Coordinate and support user acceptance testing Work with technical and business teams to support data migration, integration, and reporting Collaborate with the implementation team, customers, SMEs, and vendor to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively Qualifications

Five (5) years of experience to demonstrate possession of the required technical and project management knowledge, skills and abilities. (Experience with applications and systems support, design, and maintenance substitutes for college on a year for year basis.) Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field Four (4) years of responsible experience developing, designing, and/or maintaining major components of a comprehensive information system including evaluation, analysis and input to the software modules of an Enterprise Resource Planning System or other application system. Recent hands-on experience as a Sr. BSA with end-to-end Unifier implementations, including configuration of modules like Cost Management, Schedule Management, Business Processes, Reports and Workflows. Recent experience as a Sr. BSA with Unifier implementations involving complex workflows and report customizations. Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work onsite at least 3 days a week at project location in San Jose, California. Preferred Experience with end-to-end Unifier implementation(s), including configuration of modules like Cost Management, Schedule Management, Business Processes, and Workflows. Recent experience integrating Unifier with other enterprise systems (P6, Aconex, AutoDesk Construction Cloud, Oracle CIC Analytics, SAP ERP system) Experience with implementations for large capital project(s) involving Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Cloud Service and Oracle Construction Intelligence Cloud Analytics (CIC) Service Liaise between Implementation Team (Technology and Functional SMEs) and interact directly with business teams including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Stakeholders for Program/Project Management (PPM) Design and Engineering/Construction Management Recent experience integrating Unifier with other enterprise systems (P6, Aconex, AutoDesk Construction Cloud, Oracle CIC Analytics, SAP ERP system) Architect and design User Access Control and Information Security for all tools to be implemented Troubleshoot architectural and performance issues Strong knowledge of Unifier Data Structures (Shells, Business Processes, Data Definitions) Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000 Location: San Jose Work Environment: Hybrid 3 days in office per week Our Company
