Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges as needed, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
Contribute to team goals by meeting personal performance targets and participating in team initiatives.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a willingness to assist customers in a positive manner.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
