About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a critical role in the seamless operation of the organization. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor and operational leader, driving organizational efficiency to support the leadership team in strategic planning, operational execution, and administrative management. This includes overseeing initiatives related to real estate development, construction planning, and financial controls to ensure that infrastructure projects align with broader strategic priorities. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, preparing briefing materials, and reports, and serving as a strategic partner in decision-making and project coordination.

The ideal candidate for the Chief of Staff position at the company will be business-focused, brilliant, highly organized, and an influential leader. They should be relentless in their pursuit of success, resilient in the face of challenges, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A minimum of 7 years' experience in a leadership, project management, or administrative role is required, with a proven track record of supporting C-suite executives. Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, and familiarity with real estate development or infrastructure project management is a strong plus. The role demands exceptional organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft O365, G Suite, and project management tools. The candidate should be willing to work outside of business hours and travel on short notice as needed.
