Qualifications
3+ years experience in Labor and Employment Law. Experience defending clients in employment litigation, including class action/PAGA cases. Admitted to practice in the state of California. Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations. Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
