This pivotal role involves close collaboration with executive leadership, the board, and investors, and demands a professional who can balance operational discipline with a strong growth focus. The CFO will also be tasked with building and leading a finance team, implementing scalable financial systems, and anticipating financial risks to maintain flexibility and extend the company's runway.
