About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for a key conservation program in California. The role requires a dynamic communicator, a trusted relationship builder, and a strategic thinker capable of leading complex initiatives to success. The ideal candidate will be a respected advocate with the ability to engage across political spectrums and will demonstrate a strong commitment to the organization's values. Experience in managing diverse teams, fostering inclusive work environments, and a history of successful collaboration with various stakeholders are highly valued. The Vice President will also be expected to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to fulfill the program's needs.
