About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to play a pivotal role in redefining the customer journey and leading the go-to-market strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full revenue journey, from initial contact to renewal and expansion, and will be tasked with unifying and leading the sales, client success, onboarding, and support teams. This role demands a leader who can institutionalize process discipline, build data-driven processes, and create strategies that enhance the client experience and drive growth. The Chief Revenue Officer will also be a key member of the executive team, working closely with the CEO and other leaders to ensure alignment on strategy and outcomes.

To excel in this position, candidates must have a proven track record of leading full-cycle revenue teams in a fast-growing SaaS environment, with a preference for those who have experience in vertical SaaS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scaling recurring revenue businesses, particularly in private equity or venture-backed settings, and a deep belief in operational excellence and customer service. A hands-on, strategic approach, a passion for building and leading high-performing teams, and a data-driven, analytical mindset are essential. The role also requires a leader who is adept at using AI and automation to enhance the customer experience and is a change agent, driven by curiosity and a desire to win. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, along with at least 15 years of revenue leadership experience in B2B software or SaaS.
