The Company is seeking a Vice President National Sales to play a pivotal role in its mission of putting people at the heart of everything it does. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's growth by securing and expanding high-value partnerships with its largest clients. This role involves leading complex, consultative sales cycles, crafting tailored workforce solutions, and positioning the company as the go-to strategic partner. A typical day includes generating new business, prospecting, and leading the full sales cycle from strategy to successful implementation. The VP will also be expected to maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, analyze client business needs, and deliver customized staffing solutions that align with strategic goals.
Applicants for the Vice President National Sales position at the company should have a 4-year college degree, with an advanced degree or comparable work experience being a plus. A minimum of 7 years of proven success in outside national and/or strategic sales within the staffing industry, with a focus on Finance & Accounting staffing, is required. The role demands a self-starter with strong business development skills, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding gross margin targets, and the ability to manage long sales cycles while being task-driven and goal-oriented. Key competencies include strong negotiation skills, formal sales training, and proficiency in Google Workspace tools. The VP will be expected to maintain key relationships with prospective and existing C-level and senior management clients, as well as internal sales leadership and account management teams.
