About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Operations for AM Parts Fulfillment. This global executive leader will be responsible for driving the performance of the AM Parts fulfillment organization, with a focus on improving delivery velocity, on-time performance, and the overall customer experience. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of a global fulfillment model, champion key initiatives such as ERP enablement, and ensure the organization is scalable, reliable, and high-performing. Strategic and functional leadership, execution and delivery excellence, organizational design, and talent development are key aspects of the role. The VP will also be expected to align the AM Parts Fulfillment organization with the company's ambition to be a leading global packaging solutions provider and to serve as a cultural and strategic force within the operations and commercial leadership teams.
