Key responsibilities for the CEO include serving as a player-coach leader to inspire and empower staff, building a culture of trust and collaboration, and ensuring operational excellence. The role also involves driving fundraising efforts, cultivating strategic partnerships, and serving as a compelling voice for the organization's mission. The successful candidate will be expected to balance short-term operational stability with long-term innovation, and to ensure that the organization's vision, funding strategy, and program delivery are all aligned.
