About the Role The Company is seeking a VP, Paid Search to lead the success of clients' paid search campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing thought leadership on campaign strategies and optimization, as well as for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal staff. This role involves managing the strategy, planning, optimization, and reporting of client SEM campaigns, and finding opportunities to integrate SEM with other capabilities. The VP, Paid Search will also be expected to provide vision, direction, and support to the team, motivate and manage a paid search media team, and foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity.
Applicants for the VP, Paid Search position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for a concentration in marketing, advertising, business, or equivalent. A minimum of 10 years' account management experience in online advertising, direct marketing, or e-commerce, with a focus on paid search, is required, along with at least 7 years' of experience in interactive marketing or business consulting. The role demands a strong knowledge of AI utilization within the performance media space, deep knowledge of ad serving platforms, and online analytic solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, relationship-building, and decision-making skills, and be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
