About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President / Head of Human Resources to serve as a strategic leader and operational expert, overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions. This key executive will be a member of the Executive Leadership Team, partnering with the CEO and senior leaders to design and implement a comprehensive people strategy that supports business growth and fosters a values-driven culture. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing HR team and be responsible for talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, organizational design, performance management, and ensuring HR operational excellence. Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as the alignment of HR practices with business priorities, is a critical aspect of the role.

Applicants for the VP/Head of HR position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. Professional HR certification and industry experience in consumer packaged goods or related fields are strongly preferred. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in strategic HR leadership, operational execution, strong business acumen, and exceptional interpersonal and change management skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving a people strategy that enhances retention, engagement, and performance, and will ensure that the HR function is efficient, data-driven, and scalable to meet the future needs of the business.
