About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Client Officer (CCO) to join its executive leadership team and play a pivotal role in the agency's transformation. The CCO will be responsible for the end-to-end client lifecycle, with a focus on strategic client leadership, revenue impact, account growth, and client retention. This executive leader will build and empower a client leadership team, serve as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts, and ensure that client-centricity drives measurable business value. The role requires a data-informed approach to decision-making, a commitment to equity-centered leadership, and the ability to lead a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Candidates for the CCO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in client services, consulting, or account leadership, with a preference for those with a background in public-sector or regulated industries. The ideal candidate will have executive presence, be influential across internal and external stakeholders, and be skilled at building and leading high-performing teams. Key performance indicators for the role include net promoter score, client retention rate, customer lifetime value, and revenue growth from existing accounts. The CCO will be expected to maintain a 90% client retention rate, lead the firm-wide client experience strategy, and ensure that client-first principles are embedded across the organization.
