About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to play a pivotal role in the agency's transformation and growth. The CGO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing a unified growth strategy that is in line with the firm's long-term vision and sector priorities. This includes driving sustainable, scalable growth through the integration of strategy, partnerships, innovation, and the full customer lifecycle. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional growth initiatives, influence business model evolution, and expand the company's impact across various industries and communities. Key responsibilities for the CGO include strategic growth leadership, revenue impact and growth, innovation and service development, partnerships and alliances, customer lifecycle management, cross-functional collaboration, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate for the CGO position at the company will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in growth strategy, innovation, or business development, with a preference for those with a background in transportation, healthcare, environmental, or public-sector consulting. A proven track record in leading market entry, product innovation, and cross-functional execution is essential. The role requires a visionary and results-oriented leader who is skilled at translating innovation into market value, operates with entrepreneurial agility, and is committed to equity-centered leadership and inclusive client engagement. The CGO will be expected to be a collaborative leader with high executive EQ, capable of driving a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement across the growth and new business organization. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and the candidate should be adept at using market intelligence and performance analytics to guide strategy and achieve KPIs.
