About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to lead the clinical strategy and ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across its network. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the clinical vision for adult physical therapy, pediatric therapy, and ABA services, and for driving innovation and clinical differentiation. This role requires a strategic and innovative thinker with a passion for improving patient outcomes and societal value, as well as the ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams and influence senior executives. The Chief Medical Officer will also be tasked with advancing research, training, and partnerships, and must have a deep understanding of value-based care, healthcare operations, and integrated service models.

Applicants for the Chief Medical Officer position at the company must hold an MD, DO, or equivalent clinical leadership credential, with board certification and a minimum of 15 years of healthcare leadership experience. The role demands a proven track record in building partnerships with health systems, payers, and specialty care providers, as well as expertise in quality improvement, clinical program development, change management, and population health. The ideal candidate will have exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and mentorship.
