About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will serve as a legal advisor with a primary focus on contracts and litigation management. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial and public-sector agreements, managing claims and litigation matters, and ensuring regulatory compliance and corporate governance. The Senior Corporate Counsel will also be involved in risk management, and will work closely with executives, project managers, and technical teams to support the company's business objectives while safeguarding its legal and financial interests.

Applicants for the Senior Corporate Counsel position at the company should have a Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school and active membership in any state bar. A minimum of 6-10 years' of experience in construction law or a related field, with a focus on contract negotiations, risk management, and dispute resolution, is required. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of commercial, federal, state, and local government contracting practices, and experience with various forms of project delivery. Key competencies include excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, as well as the ability to manage complex legal issues and provide clear, actionable advice. The role demands a strong team player with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
