Royal Automotive Group is looking for a Customer Service Representative that will serve as a liaison between the company's service department and its customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
The applicant must have a warm and friendly personality and have prior phone experience.
Past sales/call center experience is a plus.
***Bilingual (spanish+english) is a huge plus***
Responsibilities:
Follows up with all service customers within 48 hours to ensure customer satisfaction Develops and monitors the results of a dealership customer service questionnaire Strives for high ranking on manufacturer surveys. Monitors results frequently Informs service personnel/management of their individual performance scores and makes suggestions for improvement as needed Acts as a contact person for any special projects regarding dealership improvements Maintains a professional appearance Qualifications: Strong phone, computer, and internet skills Exceptional customer service skills Strong command of the English language Exceptional organizational skills Neat, clean, and professional appearance Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor High school diploma or GED Company Description
