Plant Controller
and play a key role in driving financial performance and operational excellence across our manufacturing facility. This position blends hands-on cost accounting, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to support business unit goals. What you will do: Maintain and optimize the plants cost accounting system and controls Analyze sales, cost of sales, labor, product costing, and inventory variances Lead weekly financial forecasting and monthly reconciliations Coordinate physical inventories and analyze results across departments and global vendors Prepare journal entries and manage standard costing, labor rates, and overhead allocations Conduct variance analysis and partner with teams to resolve cost discrepancies Lead annual operating and capital budget preparation Manage a Staff Accountant, providing guidance, support and development opportunities Interface daily with manufacturing and planning teams to improve inventory control Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley procedures and support quarterly testing Deliver accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting What we are looking for: Bachelors Degree in Accounting 57 years of accounting experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in interpreting operational documents and applying statistical analysis Experience with Oracle and Hyperion is a plus #LI-JT1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
