PLEASE CONTACT CHRISTINA TRAN AT ROBERT HALF FOR MORE DETAILS Overview: We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to manage the full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for an established real estate investment company. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Perform full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and monthly close Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for multiple real estate entities Analyze general ledger activity and provide variance explanations as needed Maintain and reconcile cash accounts, fixed assets, and intercompany balances Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts in coordination with asset management Manage and mentor staff Handle all audit and tax documentation requests and liaise with external advisors Ensure accounting records comply with GAAP and company policies Maintain documentation and support schedules for financials Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required 7 plus years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management Strong knowledge of GAAP and real estate accounting principles, including lease accounting and CAM Experience with property management software Yardi is required Strong Excel and analytical skills Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities independently Seniority level
