Job Summary Be the backstage genius in our culinary production. Netflix House is coming to Dallas! A new immersive experience that will take guests inside the story. The Senior Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in executing unforgettable dishes and mentoring the team.
Qualifications:
3–5 years in culinary leadership Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and production Culinary certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with menu execution and event planning Manage kitchen stations and prep Train and develop line cooks and prep staff Maintain food quality and consistency Lead safety and sanitation compliance Maintain food and labor cost controls BOH scheduling oversight and payroll compliance Lead hiring manager for BOH hourly positions
