Network Delivery Operations Team Member
Lincoln Financial is seeking a highly motivated hands-on technical individual to join our Network Delivery Operations Team. You will play an integral part in deploying, operating, and scaling the network infrastructure that provides high availability, performance, and security. In this position you will provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise for a variety of technologies during projects, day-to-day deliverables and the triaging of complex problems. You will work with the Architecture and Engineering Team providing feedback on future designs in LAN/WAN, Data Center services, Security, IPsec B2B, remote access VPN and voice utilizing the following technologies: F5 Load Balancers, Netscaler load balancers, Cisco Nexus, Cisco Catalyst, Cisco ISE, Cisco Wireless, Infoblox DDI, and Palo Alto Firewalls. What you'll be doing: Provide functional leadership and mentorship for network staff Implement and support Cisco ISE services Implement and support Cisco Wireless infrastructure Implement, monitor, and support Cisco (IOS & NX-OS) Routing and Switching for our regional Data Centers and multi-site enterprise environment Develop, maintain, and support Palo Alto firewalls to ensure optimal performance and security AWS and Azure AD networking services Proxy services and PAC utilization Provide advance level support for customer network related issues (Enterprise network, Data Center, remote VPN connectivity, IPSEC B2B, cloud networking services AWS and Azure AD, DNS, and ISP carrier related issues) Analyze utilizing network tools to investigate and remediate pending network issues for internal and inter-site connectivity issues working with the appropriate teams to resolve all issues Create and maintain detailed documentation and diagrams for the network infrastructure What we're looking for: Must-Haves: BigIP F5 LTM and GTM infrastructure System Engineer 10.x, 11.x or 13.x BigIP F5 GTM & LTM System Engineer (10.x, 11.x or 13.x) Cisco IP Network and Network Security Solutions and infrastructure, BGP routing design and implementation Cisco Nexus, Cisco ACI, Cisco UCS, WAN / IP Addressing /SDN designs and implementations Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) and Identity Services Engine (ISE) solutions and infrastructure Symantec (Bluecoat) Forward Proxy and Checkpoint Firewall, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Internet connectivity design, Distributed Denial of Service (DDOS) technologies and solutions Checkpoint Firewalls and/or Palo Alto Firewalls Should have knowledge of Visio, Microsoft: Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook 4 Year/bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (5-7+ years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) in Enterprise IP Network and Network Security architecture, design, and implementation as related to network technologies, solutions, services and infrastructure that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position including the following technologies Nice-to-haves: Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) Routing and Switching or Data Center Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Routing and Switching or Data Center Symantec (Bluecoat) Certified Specialist (SCS) Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer (PACNSE) Checkpoint Certified Security Expert (CCSE) Infoblox Core DDI Advanced Troubleshooting (CDAT) Application Deadline: Applications for this position will be accepted through 10/25/2025 subject to earlier closure due to applicant volume. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
