ABOUT THE ROLE

As a

Floor Tech

at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will perform multi-functional duties related to the overall cleanliness and safety of all flooring surfaces within the community. The ideal Floor Tech candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates attention to detail. As a Floor Tech you will excel in a fast-paced, active position, collaborate effectively, and embrace a growth mindset, prioritizing exceptional hospitality and helping seniors to thrive as they age.

YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain cleanliness and safety of all flooring surfaces within the community Sweep, mop, vacuum, and operate floor cleaning machines Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely and effectively Follow cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner Ensure work areas meet cleanliness and safety standards Support a sanitary, welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous floor care or housekeeping experience in a commercial or hospitality setting preferred Ability to safely operate floor cleaning equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Reliable and able to work independently Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English Ability to work assigned shifts which may include early morning, weekends and holidays Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community All offers of employment are conditional based on the successful completion of a State and Federal criminal background check, drug screen, job related physical and TB test.
