The
Senior Financial Analyst
will be responsible for supporting the organizations financial goals through partnering on financial strategy, detailed reporting, and business analysis. The position will report directly to the Sr. Director of Finance & Strategy. This position will be responsible for driving detailed and comprehensive FP&A strategy that will support the companys financial goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate is a self-starer that can think creatively and strategically through a financial and analytical lens. The role will be responsible for helping to lead our financial planning, reporting and licensee engagement to ensure weve always got our finger on the pulse of the business, providing financial analysis and reporting of the companys global revenues, streamlining quarterly business reporting, executing business development and financial modeling, maximizing cash management opportunities, forecasting of revenues and expenses, and analyzing licensee business performance and trends.
The Sr. Financial Analyst will work closely with the Licensing and Accounting teams as a conduit between our financial reporting process and business performance tracking with our international partner network.
Responsibilities
Ability to create analytical and tactical revenue forecasts that integrate key business variables, providing a holistic view that aligned with the companys strategic goals Support the global revenue budgeting process and develop scorecard methods to track KPIs and budget performance Help develop commercial strategies for various regions in conjunction with the licensing team to achieve revenue targets Create streamlined reporting processes to track and measure financial performance efficiently Ability to compile and synthesize large data sets into concise executive management summaries Ability to think strategically and always strive towards process improvement Create impactful presentations that inform key stakeholders about business trends and detailed performance analysis from a regional and global perspective Partner with our E-Commerce Digital team to develop regular website performance scorecards to share with executive management Review, calculate, analyze, and invoice quarterly Licensee royalty calculations and sales reports Ability to understand various contracts and apply knowledge to reports submitted by Licensees Work with Marketing department to ensure Licensees are complying with advertising spending requirements for promoting the brand per their License agreements Drive quarterly business review (QBR) processes across all partners each quarter Possess knowledge of the overall retail and licensing industry, and how the financial models work Support the gathering, compilation, and reporting out of licensee data on market conditions, competitors, consumer trends, price comparisons and other contributing factors to enhance the brands equity and performance Engage with our global partners around the world to better understand their local businesses and help create commercial strategies Create ad-hoc reports as requested Strong ability to prioritize various tasks and honor deadlines as assigned Performs additional responsibilities as requested.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, with Finance emphasis Minimum of 5 years performing financial reporting and analysis and budget preparation and tracking Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Excel is required), Access, Internet, etc. Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written/oral skills Must be comfortable working in a team environment with changing priorities and deadlines Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with little supervision Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage change, and be flexible.
