Position summary We are seeking a Vice President to advocate for technology enhancements and facilitate their adoption to align with strategic goals. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience & 5+ years of relevant work experience. Knowledge of the loan product/Syndicated Loan business. Proven ability to review and negotiate operational and regulatory terms within legal loan documentation. Proven track record of overseeing progress on multidimensional initiatives. Ability to operate in a challenging and rapidly changing environment. Critical decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to collaborate with team members and senior management. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Experience in managing complex deal structures. Familiarity with new technology tools and reporting. Experience in developing presentations and updates for stakeholders.
