About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Associate Software Engineer
to join our
Wealth App Support team . This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in mainframe technologies and a passion for supporting and enhancing enterprise-level financial applications. You will work closely with senior engineers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to ensure the stability, security, and performance of our wealth management platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support for wealth applications running on mainframe and distributed platforms. Perform
certificate updates and replacements
to maintain secure application integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
JCL, COBOL , and
SQL
queries. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to manage and support
Oracle databases ,
WebSphere application servers , and
SSO integrations . Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of authentication mechanisms using
Okta
and
Single Sign-On (SSO)
technologies. Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Document technical procedures, support runbooks, and knowledge base articles. Required Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with
Mainframe technologies : JCL and COBOL. Working knowledge of
SQL
and
Oracle
database environments. Familiarity with
certificate management
(SSL/TLS) and replacement processes. Exposure to
WebSphere Application Server
administration or support. Understanding of
Okta ,
SSO , and identity/access management concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Experience in financial services or wealth management environments. Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow). Why Join Us?

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $61,000 to $94,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
