A law firm seeks a Patent Litigation Associate to join its Washington, D.C. office. The successful candidate will work on innovative technology cases for leading tech companies, engaging directly with partners and clients.
Duties
Manage patent litigation cases, including contentions and Markman hearings. Conduct written and oral fact and expert discovery. Collaborate with engineers and developers on technical details. Interact confidently with major tech industry clients. Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of patent litigation experience. Experience in case management and client interaction. U.S. bar membership required. Registration to practice before the USPTO preferred. Education
Degree in engineering, applied physics, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent experience. Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications
U.S. bar membership. USPTO registration preferred. Skills
