Professional Staff Training Coordinator

Create training schedules for various departments and analyze training needs Track training outcomes and maintain records Conduct onboarding, orientation, and skills training sessions; update training materials Market training opportunities to employees and inform them of scheduled trainings Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: An Associate's degree in HR, education, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in a law firm environment or as an Executive Assistant in a corporate setting (highly preferred) Proficiency in MS Office and Excel Effective communication skills, ability to determine training objectives, and prioritize initiatives Strong organizational skills Benefits Join a dynamic culture with an excellent salary and benefits package for a determined professional in a fast-paced environment.
