Role Overview Support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Serve as a key technical resource, prepare technical descriptions, determine costs, and finalize documentation.

Main Responsibilities
Provide technical advice and comments on enquiry specifications for ABB products/systems/applications.
Support technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
Assist in proposal development with local and global sales teams.
Demonstrate technical solutions and project value propositions effectively.
Achieve budget, order, and profitability targets, including NPV and NPS metrics.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field with 10+ years of experience in automation and control within chemical, oil & gas, or utilities sectors.
Strong communication skills.
Expertise in Automation solutions for DCS.
Knowledge of communication protocols in automation.
Familiarity with digital industrial applications.
Effective communication with sales, management, and customers.
Ability to learn and adapt technical solutions to meet customer needs.
Interpret customer requests and develop solutions.
Prioritize tasks and support team efforts to meet deadlines.
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
Willingness to travel 25-30%.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Work authorization for the US required.
