Strategic Partnerships & Sponsorships Maintain and expand partnerships with corporations and small businesses to drive year-over-year growth in sponsorship dollars and Signature Event attendance. Build a forward pipeline; develop and deliver sponsor proposals; ensure fulfillment and stewardship. Fundraising & Events Lead revenue strategy for the Annual Signature Event and smaller workshops/events; manage timelines, run-of-show coordination, and post-event debriefs. Track events P&L and projections; coordinate with vendors and volunteers. Grants Identify, calendar, and pursue grants with local/national foundations aligned to our mission of supporting women-owned businesses and advancing Arab women professionally. Draft competitive LOIs/applications; manage compliance, reporting, and outcomes tracking. Communications & Social With leadership/Admin, execute targeted social campaigns to support fundraising and visibility; maintain an up-to-date content calendar tied to grant and sponsor timelines. Impact & Reporting Produce an Annual Report & Impact Statement for funders and stakeholders. Deliver a monthly written report to the Executive Committee (due the 1st of each month) summarizing activities, meetings, progress against KPIs, roadblocks, and next steps. Data, Compliance & Donor Care Maintain CRM records (donors/sponsors/grants); issue donor acknowledgments compliant with IRS substantiation rules; uphold gift-acceptance policies. Coordinate charitable-solicitation registrations if fundraising across multiple states (as needed). Qualifications
Demonstrated success in nonprofit fundraising, corporate sponsorships, and grant writing/management. Strong event leadership, budgeting, and partner-facing communication skills. Facility with a nonprofit CRM and productivity tools; comfortable with social platforms. Cultural fluency and commitment to the mission; Arabic language skills welcome but not required.
