International SOS is seeking a qualified Work and Family Life (WFL) Service Delivery Operations Manager for the Navy Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP). The role involves managing programs serving active duty military members, their families, foreign military personnel, reserves, wounded, and other eligible groups, in accordance with military and government directives.
Key Responsibilities
Research and analyze new management practices for application to programs, providing updates on trends.
Develop curriculum and guidance for program delivery, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
Assess program execution effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Identify procedural issues using quantitative and qualitative methods.
Collaborate with CNIC Headquarters on marketing strategies.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Skills and Knowledge
Master’s degree in adult education, social science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to FFSP WFL programs.
Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative program evaluation techniques.
Strong presentation and training facilitation skills.
Ability to prepare management briefings and communicate effectively.
Professional knowledge of social services and education delivery systems.
Work Experience
Experience in operations management and collaboration with diverse resources.
Experience with family programs, military or civilian social services, or military family background preferred.
Strong communication, assessment, and advocacy skills.
Knowledge of state, federal, and local resources, with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.
Ability to operate within Navy FFSP guidelines.
Knowledge of FFSMIS and Microsoft 365 is desirable.
Additional Information
Salary ranges from $46,000 to $120,000, based on experience and other factors. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid time off, and bonuses. We are an equal opportunity employer, complying with all applicable laws.
