Applications Engineer Manufacturing
We are seeking an Applications Engineer with strong programming and machining experience to support advanced manufacturing operations. This role combines hands-on CNC expertise with CAD/CAM programming to optimize processes for both new and legacy parts. Design and implement work holding and fixtures. Provide feedback on manufacturability during quoting and customer discussions. Support CNC set-up and operations during new product introduction. Troubleshoot issues and collaborate across engineering and production teams. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for existing processes and parts. What We're Looking For: 3+ years of CAD/CAM programming experience and CNC machining experience. Experience with GD&T and precision measurement. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical team members.
