Explore our job listings today! We are seeking a highly experienced Epics Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions. This role requires strong expertise in analyzing business objectives, identifying system and process improvements, and writing Epics and User Stories to ensure clear communication of requirements to development and QA teams. The Epics Systems Analyst will conduct detailed analysis of user requirements, data workflows, and system capabilities to optimize business processes and enhance IT solutions. Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams, the analyst will ensure that system enhancements and new implementations align with business goals and deliver measurable value. Key Responsibilities Business & Systems Analysis Analyze existing business requirements, data flows, and system pain points to identify opportunities for improvement. Confer with organizational units to understand operational procedures, input/output requirements, and reporting needs. Conduct cost/benefit studies of proposed solutions and document system feasibility. Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and development steps for new or modified systems. Epics & User Stories Translate complex business needs into Epics and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria. Ensure requirements capture both functional and non-functional needs for development and QA teams. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to validate and refine backlog items. Data Analysis & Documentation Perform in-depth data analysis to support system enhancements and business decisions. Design and optimize data workflows, models, and mapping specifications. Develop and maintain key documentation, including data dictionaries, business requirement documents, and process flows. Present data-driven insights through visual models, dashboards, and reports. Lead stakeholder workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather requirements. Partner with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technical solutions.
