ServiceNow Developer/Administrator
to handle platform administration, configuration, and development activities, including support for ITSM, ITOM, and ATF. Required: Minimum of an Active DoD Top Secret clearance B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience Two (2) years of experience with ServiceNow as an administrator/developer Active/Current ServiceNow CSA or higher Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Asset Management, and portal Development experience in ServiceNow (GLIDE, Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.) Attention to detail and stakeholder communication skills Ability to produce requirements, design, and project deliverables within timelines Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging ThinkTek LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
