11 weeks Shift:
7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (12-hour night shifts, variable days and nights) Guaranteed Hours:
36 hours per week Estimated Weekly Pay:
$2100-$2250 Weekend/Holiday Rotation:
Every other weekend and holiday Charting System:
EPIC (preferred) Scrub Colors:
Any color ICU RN Qualifications
Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS and ACLS certifications required NIHSS certification preferred Associate Degree or Certificate in Nursing required; BSN preferred Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience Previous travel nurse assignment preferred (not required) Ability to float to Med-Surg (MS), IMC, and nearby healthcare facilities as needed ICU Nurse Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a 10-bed ICU/IMC unit Maintain patient ratios: 1:2 in ICU, 1:3-1:4 in IMC, and 1:5-1:6 in Med-Surg as needed Float to other units and facilities (Rhinelander, Eagle River, Tomahawk) as scheduled Respond to on-call needs and participate in call-back as required Document patient care and assessments accurately using EPIC EMR Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
