Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer
We are seeking a Junior Level Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in construction project management. This role involves supporting the management and coordination of diverse commercial and residential construction projects, ensuring successful completion and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include: Assist in managing construction projects from initial bid through punch list completion. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of project tasks. Prepare and manage construction submittals and documentation. Utilize Procore, QuickBid, and OnScreen for project management and documentation. Contribute to project engineering and coordination efforts. Collaborate with the VP of Operations to ensure project goals are met. Essential Skills: 2-5 years of experience in construction project management. Proficiency in Procore, QuickBid, and OnScreen software. Basic project management skills. Experience with wood framing and commercial construction. Strong communication and organizational skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications: A proactive and growth-oriented attitude. Desire to grow within the company. Work Environment: The role is based in the office five days a week, working closely under the guidance of the VP of Operations. Projects include rough carpentry, general carpentry, finishing carpentry, drywall installation, metal stud framing, load-bearing metal systems, and acoustic wall and ceiling systems. The work environment is dynamic and supportive, fostering a culture of professionalism, integrity, and craftsmanship. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/hr.
