Business Analyst
Job Summary:
Our client in Auburn Hills, MI is looking for a Business Analyst. This is a contract position.
What You Will Do:
The role involves handling escalated customer complaints, working with senior leadership, and resolving complex issues to improve customer experience and protect brand reputation. Activities include:
Receiving escalated cases from top management.
Routing cases to appropriate teams.
Investigating customer requests and conducting research.
Facilitating case resolution and working with dealer networks.
Escalating issues internally as needed.
Agreeing on and following through with action plans.
Providing updates to stakeholders.
Basics: Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of professional experience Customer service background, preferably in automotive Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Onsite position, no travel or driving required
Preferred: Additional customer service experience in contact centers or dealerships Experience with CRM and telephony tools
