This role is instrumental in keeping operations running smoothly across a high-growth, fast-paced national solar business. You will manage complex travel logistics, including private aviation, coordinate leadership meetings and off-site events, and act as a trusted partner handling confidential matters with discretion. Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, logistics, and follow-ups Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity Strategic & Operational Support Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, including executive leadership, clients, and vendors Prepare briefing materials and background documents for meetings and presentations Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned by the President, ensuring timely completion Monitor progress on key projects and ensure follow-through on assigned action items Assist with event planning for leadership meetings, offsites, and corporate functions Coordinate with other executive assistants and administrative staff across departments to align priorities and scheduling Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accurate records management Education And Work Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience, preferably supporting C-suite executives in a large organization Strong organizational and project management skills Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools Proven ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills Proactive problem-solving abilities Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Commitment to fostering a positive, team-oriented culture Occasional travel for site visits, special events, and venue evaluations Job Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Classification: Full Time Exempt Salaried Reports To: President Of Solar Moss is an equal opportunity employer.
